Dvd's Install sometimes!
 

Yeah, my Dvd drive seems to work perfectly with all my game dvds
, but will not
install Medieval Total war even though it works perfectly with Rome total War.
It also will now not recognise the Civ 4 dvd which until recently it installed and worked with.
All i get is the name of the dvd (no icon) which persists until i change the dvd and reboot the machine (just putting in a new dvd is not recognised)
I have no scratches on any dvds and i have tuned my virus checker off. My machine is a Dell Dimensions 5150 duel core.
Is it the software or my Dvd drive whichis at fault ????:sad:
