Tips to getting useful responses
 
1. Always include as much information about the situation as you can. Such as:
  • Operating system of affected Systems
  • Router make/model (if applicable)
  • When the problem began, and what the last thing you did before the problem began
  • Firewall, or any other security programs running
  • Any other relevent info.
2. If you have a problem start your own thread, don't post your problem in someone elses thread, you stand a much better chance of getting the help you need in your own thread.

3. Make sure the subject is as descriptive as possible. The more descriptive your subject the more likely you are to get useful help.

eg of a bad subject "HELP"
eg of a good subject "Cannot Connect to Linksys Web Based Utility"
