System Alert:Malware threats

ok so I have looked everywhere and have resolved to the fact that I will have to join to get answers. How do I get rid of the System Alert:Malware threats crap from my computer?

Alternatively, use Linux. I recommend SuSe 10.1. Have a nice day.
