Outlook 2003 degradation
 

Hello All- I am working with outlook 2003 and exchange 2003- for some time now, everyday outlook seems to get a little slower.

In the morning when I first start my computer, outlook opens slowly, and takes a while to retreive my mail. Other computers in the same scenario (other outllook 2003 + exch 2003 users) dont experience the same delays. I watch the cpu usage as i try to open a new message, or reply- the cpu usage is very low- so the cpu is not the problem.

Ive tried updating, repairing, etc. nothing.

Ive also tried deleting the appdata\ms\outlook\outcmd.dat file, this did not help either.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting/diagnostics steps for me to try next?
