i need help

I need a litle help here. I am doing a project using ms outlook. I need to create read privileges for other users, i would like to verify that I can save original email (or document) requests, I need to update status and finally I need to be able to close and save email or document release notes. I have been struggling for a while and i would like a little help.

I moved this thread into the Security forum, because we are dealing with Outlook's Application security.

Zahn, as for your question, please let us know your version of Outlook, version of OS, and if you have administration rights on your computer to do this.

I'm using Windows 2000 and Microsoft Outlook 2000. thanks for looking at this for me.
