for my websites... (new media, web design or marketing sites please) and will be looking for long term deals.

very permanent link paid on monthly basis.

-Links should not be through a JavaScript
-Links should not be from framed pages
-Links should not be embedded within a flash
-Link pages should not be excluded in the sites robots.txt
-Link pages should not be excluded by a Robots Tag
-Links should not be excluded by a tag
-Links secured from the site owners should not be on a paid or time-bound basis to ensure longevity
-Links should be spread over different domains
-Links should be spread over different C class IP series
-Links should not be from Link Farms
-Links should not be from FFA (Free-For-All) link networks
-Links should not be from Blogs and Blogspots
-Links should not be from pornographic and other sites containing offensive content
