isn't an answer to the question "Where dose the traffic come from?"
You answered "how" not "where" (and there's a typo in the question and
answer "maximizes", "does") and the second part of the sentence doesn't
address the traffic issue at all.

As it stands now, the savvy-reader infers (right or wrong) that
"where" is really "other people who have joined/paid/whatever
to get traffic - like you" because there are so many
"traffic plans" that operate that way.
I think you can be clearer about the "where", if that's not the case.

It's a bit too plain I think. You need to convince your audience why we should use you instead of say, www.traffictaxi.net

If you don't want to be specific with where you buy your traffic from, at least give us more of an example. Convince us that it's not just bots with random unique IPs. Show us that there are conversions.
