"Flash screenshot"

I don't know if there's an easy way to do this - but what I am looking for is a way to screencap/filming what "goes on" on the screen and save it as a flash/movie-file like you can see people have done on for example YouTube.com :?:

You may want to use Fraps, which is utility for games demo recording, but I expect you can record what ever goes on desktop. Not shure if it record sound but, you can add this in flash http://www.fraps.com/

Try VidShot Capturer 1.0:

When you finish recording, you can use a converter to change the movie to flash format: flv.

Or you meant to do it directly through a web page?! o_o

THere are softwares:

1.Instant Demo Saves as .SWF files
2.SnagIT Saves as AVI files
