Outlook 2003 unknown error whilst archiving
 

Hi guys,

As the title explains i've got a problem with archiving in Outlook 2003. I've been archiving the same way for months and its always been fine but whenever i try and archive now, by going to file>archive it comes up with the following message:

"Error while archiving foloder "Inbox" in store "Mailbox - Archive Manager". Unkown Error."

I've searched on the web for any information and i have really found anything that has worked. One said to try using scanpst.exe...sadly that didnt seem to help. Has anyone come across this before?

Im using Oulook 2003 sp2 on a windows xp pro sp2. Exchange 2003 sitting in the background. I have tried different computers and still the same.

-uninstall, reinstall software
-do a system restore
