Internet Explorer very slow

For the last few weeks I have noticed that my Internet Explorer runs very slow. I am using Windows XP. It seems to run even slower late at night (early am) for no apparaent reason. I have been using Spybot and Ad-aware 6.0for several weeks (before the problem started). I use Mcafee Virus protection on the computer and no virus have shown up in scans (I also did an extra check on Panda).
I recently noticed something which I don't know if it is related (a while after the slowdown had already started), but in my email I was getting a few administration email messages of returned email whcih were emails I had not even sent. These were about 3 a day for about 3-4 days and have not happenned for a few days now.
We are running a linksys wireless router to a laptop in the home and it is very slow as well for about the same amount of time.
I will post my hijack list in case it is helpful since I really don't understand most of what is there.
