Please take a look...

Well, I finally converted my old html/css based website to a flash one, soon I'll be making an alternative to the flash for the low-band/non flash users, please take a look at the flash design and give some feedback, thanks in advance! :)

Can I just say I hate having to wait for the content of a website to arrive... I think it would be better if the content appeared straight away ;)

Your lift on the scroll bar is somewhat erratic.
The correct spelling is "bear with me", not "bare with me", but that depends on who you're trying to attract!
I might have spent more time, but not being able to copy and paste text discouraged me.
