How can I run PHP Nuke?

I was wondering, Do I really need to download MySQL and Apache to run PHP-Nuke?

Download Apache and MySQL first.

Then install PHP-Nuke.

Yes, well no, but you need a valid webserver that can run php and a mysql server.
