My internet explorer is not working. What can I do to get back online. Does internet connection wizard have anything to do with it. if so how do I use it. Please someone have an answer for me. |

| Hi.. Sorry but I'm don't have a solution for you. I am also encountering a problem with my Internet Explorer. I always need to refresh a few times before I can get the results loaded in my IE. And before that, it will always bring me to this webpage: http://www.searchassistant.net/dnserror.htm I don't understand whats wrong. I am connected in a LAN. All my other peers who use the same connection do not suffer this problem, they get smooth surfing. Thank you. |

| Re: internet explorer problem I'm not sure what is causing your problem since I don't use IE but I have found that the easiest thing to do when IE stops working for my friends is to just re-install it. Usually there is a file that has been corruped and re-installing will replace it. HTH |

| Re: internet explorer problem Is sounds like you have a problem where the Winsock2 registry key / TCP/IP stack is not up to date. Follow the Microsoft Knowledge base article: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;238550 |
