control panel and properties not working
 

recently i got a spyware and virus, i thought i got rid of them with norton, but when i right click my computer or network and go to properties an error message comes up, also my control panel has disappeared from my windows start bar and im unable to get into my control panel. heres my log

i dont see anythin in control panel and propertise if i am click on propertise they say please contect your adminstator or something like that. or control panel i cant even see the symbloe of control panel in my computer please tell me what can i do
