SIP Gateway

I just started to implement Call Control Gateway for CTI Gateway. I want communicate with Micorsoft Office Commumicator 2007 to provide call control functionalities. Communicator use CSTA over SIP protocol and i just new to SIP. I want to implement SIP protocol in C++. Is there any body to help me out. Thank you in advance.
