Excel macro help needed
 

When working with a spreadsheet in excel recently, I looked at the idea of inserting a macro. As far as I know I did not insert one but every time I view this spreadsheet now I have a question about disable macros flashed on screen before the spreadsheet opens. I cannot find out how to get rid of this annoying thing. I look at macros but have none to delete. Any suggestions please.

Tools >> Macros >> Security >> choose "low" in security level, and the message will disapear.
