| Re: firewall question look at it this way: your router will stop anything that is trying to "knock on your doors", like worms and suchlike, that spread on their own. but it will not help if you get a virus/trojan by downloading it yourself from some unsafe website or email, because those would reach from within your system outwards, trying to send out data. in that case a proper firewall software, as well as an antivirus are what you need. |

outbound stuff from your pc is a problem, comodo or zone alarm are fine. i prefer zone alarm pro... |
