My site is not turning sales like I think it should :-|

We get extremely targeted traffic but only about 2 sales every couple of days. We get about 100 unique visitors a day.

Can you great people please tell me anything I should change to get people to look around more? What am I doing wrong here?

Any info anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.

It would be great to get atleast 1 sale a day :lol:

Any critique on site design would also be great.

sort of cheasy theme. Why is the site have wood backgrounds and wood colors if the site is about refrigerators? You may want to rethink your template

Yeah I agree with mieandike22. Your choice of fonts are ok. but I don't really like to see the wood background color. IMO, It will make your website visitors run away.

Things that I will do If I were you.

1. I would change the header.
2. I would change the background image to new image that fits or plain background color.

I am using a wooden theme because our magnets and signs are made out of wood. I was trying to make the point that they are wooden. Do you think I should still change the theme or make more clear that they are wooden magnets?

I have updated my theme. After looking for a long time at it and much debate.

I have updated to a more artsy theme.

What do you think?

  1. Add a Contact Us form and a FAQ section.
  2. Do you accept credit cards? If so put it on the front page.
  3. Are you a member of the BBB online? If not you should be.
  4. You have a javascript error in your checkout page.

Can I just point out that you have spelt "receive" wrongly on your homepage! I like the new style.

I didnt get to see the old style, but the current one is looking alright .

Font colors are fitting your theme good and navigation is pretty easy straight forward
