ok, well my friend cant go on the internet and when cs opens his comp crashes... everything closes.. and he has to reboot, its not the worm bug or blaster virus, it says his kernel32.dll theres something wrong with it.. anyone know what? or how to fix it? cuz he cant delete it..

did he try reinstalling CS(im guessing compuserve??). also what OS is he running. you dont want to delete kernel32.dll that's for sure.

kernel32.dll is the main dll for windows think of it as the backbone of ur windows. with out it will not work. has he ever played cs before. i would be guessing its his graphics card.

post his graphics card and what update of cs he has.
