It comes up every minute! Please help. Here is log...PS Im new to all of this stuff

That is not a full log ,you will need to post the full log before someone could help with fix.

Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder. When you run HijackThis from this folder and have it "Fixed checked" it will create a backup file of modifications to use if restore is necessary.

Download CWShredder from HERE and run the Program in safe mode . Press the "Fix Button" Let it fix all variants. Next, Close the program and all windows and IE windows and run hijackthis and Post a Fresh log.

Reboot to SAFE mode to run CWShredder

How to start computer in safe mode

Then these 2 programs .
Ad-Aware and Spybot

Download Ad-aware Second Edition here and install it. If you already have Ad-aware Second Edition skip to the next step.

Open adaware and Click the "Check for updates now" line on the main screen. Click the "Connect" button on the webupdate screen.

If an update is available download it and install it. Click the "Finish" button to go back to the main screen.

Download SPYBOT

After installing Spybot S&D, update it by using the "Update" button on the left panel of the program. Search for updates and download anything it finds

thanks il try it. IM pretty sure its not spyware though. Its a dll error. OH and that second one you said, the CW shredder link doesnt work.

I will fix the link thanks ,It may not be spyware ,but you hijack log indicates you have lots of spyware and trojan infected file !good luck
