.Net Developer
 

Overview
• Design and develop solutions to requirements using C# .Net, SQL Server and potentially other .Net technologies, as appropriate.
• NET Developer will be responsible for the design, coding and testing of .Net applications in a Web based environment.
• Design and development of components of a reusable object service-oriented architecture (SOA) including n-tier design and web services.
• Translate business requirements into technical applications. Applications will require integration of data from several sources.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Create innovative software solutions following object oriented best practices from design through implementation
• Work in a team environment to architect, design, and build applications on a .NET (primarily C#) Server Platform.
• Improve business processes and support critical business strategies by contributing to the design, development, and implementation of business applications systems.
• Mentor developers as well as manage best practices for the team.
• Contribute to the development of the technical requirements that drive product development.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Self-starter and team player.
• Results-driven and goal oriented attitude.
• Conscientious about producing the highest quality of work.

Required Background/Experience:

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years application development experience.
• Proven development experience in C# and .NET
• Extensive experience in XML, database modeling, and Visual Studio .NET
• Strong Object Oriented design and analysis skills.
• Proficient with using UML to model software designs.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle
