MSN Search cannot find Windows Microsoft Update
 

Hi. When i want to open Windows Update there opens IE with MSN Search post "we can't find"...it is a thread or smth?

Try opening Internet Explorer & type in www.windowsupdate.com

Click here to download IEFIX and save it to your desktop. After it is downloaded, close all Internet Explorer windows and doubleclick on the file. When it asks if you want to merge to the registry say yes. Restart Internet Explorer and see how it is after that.

Try doing a google search for the IEFIX.REG file. Or you can wait until the site comes back on-line. Not sure if it will cure your problem though.

Hello,

Does this computer have problems locating anything else on the web? For example, can you look at www.foxnews.com or something like that? I am wondering if your DNS is all messed up.

Try doing this: http://207.46.249.57

If you get to windows update, you have a DNS problem.

Yes, I think u are right - I have problems locating anything else on web although I can open your link.
But some pages cannot be open... What I must do?;/
