I work in the travel industry by day, the 'hb' in hbmichael stands for HelpBeam, which is what i do at night. Its a remote support service like GotoAssist Express or Logmein Rescue.

I have limited HTML knowledge and want to learn soooo much more. There is such a huge market for that, as well as layouts on myspace!!!

I do not have any professional training in this area, but hands on has been the way I have learned.

I hope to learn more while I am on here.
