do as suggested by Xlphos check your jumper settings..were you able to boot from your dvd drive or not? if you were able to boot then i suppose it could be on your OS..your mobo comes with the disc...

have you tried to hook up an external monitor to check if you can get a display? if you hooked up and still no display, then as tbone2sk suggested it could be your mobo :)

try to reset cmos again..make sure the ac is unplugged..remove all your cards and cables..only your mobo, PSU and memory..check if it will successfully enter BIOS..let us know the result :)
