There are different opinions on this subject. Basically you dont want to over do it. My opinion is write the site so that it reads ok to to your visitor and put as many keywords as you can without...

Nope... as long as the domain name is the same it dont matter who hosts the site. The only thing you might notice is that the site may be down for a couple days due to DNS updating.

Updates are always good... it lets you know if you are doing it right or not :)
