Thanks everyone. Problem solved. There was a cap limit jumper in place on the drive. Removed the jumper. Downloaded feature tools software from hitachi and problem solved.

I need more info. When exactly on start up do you get this message? Is it before the Windows splash screen(so you can't boot up at all), or is it on your desktop after you system is booted?
