if it supports pc3200 ram yeah you could but since your processor is 266 fsb
you only see alittle performance gain unless you are going to upgrade the processor later to a 400 fsb

the only amd processors that i heard that are good overclockers are the amd athlon xp 1700+ with the Thoroughbred b core and the amd athlon xp 2500+ with a barton core

look at the manul for the motherboard it will tell you what the beeps mean the will do it in seqince match the beeps to the manual and it will tell you what the problem is
