PLEASE HELP - Infected with 'New WIN32' virus, and cannot log in to my laptop.

Sorry, I am not a great help, I just have the same problem with my pc. I can not log on anymore :(
I also have the new win32 virus and tried to do some damage control until it froze and I rebooted...
