In the BIOS settings on the asus premium motherboard i changed a couple of the memory timing settings, now the pc wont boot at all, nothing coming up on screen. Is there anyway to get around this?

Yes its a Windows 2000 system, there isnt an issue with overheating its just that software like that would be useful.

The fan seems to be running alot faster now & cpu temp stays in the 40's before it used to go up to 70-80 sometimes 90. Its been fast now for a few days. Dunno if i should still replace it.

ive fixed the problem ive swapped out the cables, seems as tho the cables were bad, but now when i boot up i get this message:

Nope but i have Symantec Anti Virus Corp. & thats not the prob either, i ran msconfig --> selective startup & disabled everything. still didnt solve anything. Theres gotta be some other sulution.
