ok i just decided to back up the important stuff and reinstall windows but ill make a new thread with my new log later cause i think there mite already be somethin on here. but thanks for the help

ok i have ran spybot, adaware, ewido, and norton like a bazillion times and they all find stuff every time so could you tell me what i need to delete please. many thanks

i was getting a lot of popups so i went to my c drive and deleted all the programs that were not something i installed and i still got popups and spy bot found a lot of things i fixed them in spy bot...

how do i do this in xp

i have this problem but my internet works

im having the same problem but i already got rid of the programs that were causing it but i still got pop-ups so i bought norton and it stopped the pop-ups but i still dont have a desktop or a start...
