64bit is more of a marketing scheme more than anything. Noobs will be attracted to 64bit machines like magnets because of the easy assumption 2x bits = 2x performance, which won't be the case.

Yeah If I could take a screenie I would. I heard that the old user accounts interface is resurected if you go into safe mode, but it hasn't for me.

The interface for changing users in win2000 didn't depend on IEcore, it was just a standalone applet.

There is a setting that can allow someone to change the user accounts thing in the WinXP control panel back to the one that was in 2k. Anybody know of it?

Very odd that you swiched out of the game one day and the sound went poof. Press start, go to run, type dxdiag and press enter. Go to the sound tab and run tests. See if it generates any errors.

I'd recommend Win2k with that kind of RAM. You definately need to go get some more, at least 256. That is an odd number for RAM.
