AVG and Spybot should work fine. Also use CCleaner to free up some space. All previous updates to Win95 are still available on the Microsoft web site (just search for it).

If you really want to get rid of the spyware, save all files you wish to keep onto a CD or other removable media, reformat your drive, and then reinstall Windows.
