If it isn't working how you have it set up in that screenie, take off the second instance. The only value you need in there is C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe. Let me know if that works for ya.

Have you checked the security settings of your browser? I'm not sure if it makes any sense, but perhaps you have more secured websites less trusted than the less. Check that and get back to us.

First thing, You ran HJT from a temp folder - you need to take the file out of the zip folder and put it in a regular folder such as C:\Hijackthis
