go to the mac area instead of windows, they will sort out your problem... here there are too many windows helpers

Alright i want to expand my "knowledge" on antiviruses.. so basically can anyone help me by telling me some more advanced info on antiviruses like for example :
kaspersky
technical support: useless...

when ever i type in cmd to run it says windows cannot find"cmd"......... i have used hijack this which i have posted everywhere and no one seems to know whats causing it..... ill post the log soon.

if you still havent fixed it by now then check out the "kernel.exe" i have heard it has caused alot of problems.....
