The settings of both accounts are exact the same but the second account which i created are what i want on screen :the rectangle disappears under those icon on desktop.

i did tried to uncheck the "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop - option" but it doesn't help anything. :(

i just got some dangerous spyware and windows tell me to remove them so after i remove them my desktop get back to normal

Now every problem above is over bcause i reformated the whole computer.

I did download that the Ewido and scan clen remove everything it said should be removed but when i try to install Norton it still say the same thing "setup was unable to update the ....."like before....
