MS Access is what I would suggest for you. It has a nice GUI and chances are you probably have it installed on your machine already if you have Office.

I'd second that suggestion to try Joomla.

I have this same problem with an Inspiron 3800 Laptop and I've just learned to live with it.

I used to have problems like this and I took off the encryption and now it works. It's insecure, but it works.

There are many forums now where you can post your log from this program and pc techs will reply with what you can remove from your registry.
