well, problem solved...i killed everything backed up what i wanted, erased my hard drive and reloaded windows and my software...i added spy bot and spyware blaster...if you can recommend anything...

ok, virtual bouncer seems to be gone, but the popups are still coming strong..here is the new log...spybot now brings up two things avenue a, inc. and ms works.
