Do you have active directory access? If not I think Filezilla would be your best bet but you would need to enable FTP on the PC you want to access, which isn't ideal long term.

That was a close suggestion. Turns out DansGuardian was blocking access to the cab files on our network!

I had to run it as an aministrator and run vnc in user mode, think thats how I solved it!

I have a sneaky suspicion that Kasperski may be involved somewhere.
We use it at work and it causes no end of problems.
Try disabling it and see if you can then load up the pages in question.
