At the moment My site has been up and running for roughfully 2 - 3 months and still has a PR of 0 very strange - google spiders my site daily and has cached most pages - prob google sandbox effect...

I have had the same problem for a number of smaller sites - best method I have found is to submit once - develop links and site back and wait for the traffic.
