All internal pages have a "Back" or "Home page" link on them?

The only time there is not a link back to the homepage is "pictures"

Even if you go into the forums, there is a homepage...

We are working a new title now, probably an image...centering the page is to easy though

So, how would I go about fixing that? I'm still pretty new to the game
