I just ran Malwarebytes and these came up and were deleted, didn't know if this would help.

I am unable to to a system restore to any point. I get the message "unable to restore to this point" one every date.

the reset teatimer link is just a jumble of code, i tried right clicking to save it, and it just saved it as a note file.

EDIT: I just had to open it through IE rather than Firefox.

I did everything posted (except reset teatimer, because the link didnt work, and delete viewpoint folder, because i couldnt find it) and I am still having the same problem.
