Do all the users have administrative access? If not, try changing their porfiles and give them all administrative access.

I do a lot of graphics and I've used many different programs before, in my opinion, nothing beats PhotoShop. You can download a copy of the user's guide from their website.

Try this:
Go into Tools, folder options, view tab, and uncheck the 'remember each folder's view settings option'.
