Okay, so i just cleaned out the Temp files so i should be good now. I removed it from the Auto start programs also. To remove it from the Services, i just deselect it, right?

Yes i did reboot. The MBA-M log is the third reply. Should i run MBA-M again to see if everything is clean?

When i ran MBA-M it told me that i needed to reboot in order for some of the things to be removed but not sure if they are gone.
