Just prior to running HJT on startup, my computer reset by itself halfway through a RegRun virus scan (twice). Something dodgy is happening. Any ideas what might be slowing my computer down??

I seem to have fixed of the problem of my explorer.exe crashing. I downloaded RegRun and SuperAntiSpyWare which I think did the trick. HOWEVER, since then I have had another problem of my CPU often...
