I am not able to play any sounds through current system ever since the install of Vista.

There is a little equalizer (sort of) in the system tray that says music is playing, but it will not play...

The only manual I was able to find was a 10 page one. It didnt have anything regarding it.

The whining is coming from the motherboard speaker. The constant whine goes away when I disconnect the power cable from the motherboard.
