Not legally.

There were some kernel hacks that allowed 10.4.2 to be installed on a PC, but a "modern version" of OS X isn't installable on a regular "non-apple branded" PC.

I'd say wait until they release a universal binary for those apps. I'd avoid using apps that need Rosetta, particularly if my livelyhood depended on it..
