your system seems to have a pretty big trojan presense
it may be really difficult / impossible to completly clean it off
i highly recpmend checking those in hijackthis then booting to safemode...

i would delete the grey entries or fix them
i'm not exactly sure why you have 4 entries running for 1 antivirus program unless it does 4 diferent things
only 3 come to mind
spyware/adaware blocker...

looks pretty good
i'd get rid of the IE plugins tho
they tend to create a lot of openings unless you have a nice firewall

have you moved or swapped internet providers recently?
and does any other internet based application work
such as instant mesenger

2 things you can check quick is
tools>internet options>...

could you please rerun this with some applications closed down
just close you ie
getright torrent..... many more this just makes it harder to read through

weather bug
lots of mesenging services
lots of stuff

i would say not a big concern for an average user.
most security faults come from the user themselves
unless you are concerned about an your internet provider keeping a record of you or companies...

i'm not familiar with crypserv so i would double check if its something that you may have installed
and real update tends to be a bad thing when you are running of a dialup...

if you can start your compuer in safemode
try to run your antivirus software
see if it comes up with a name for this trojan
they are usualy very hard to remove but with a name you should be able...
