My PC has recently refused to boot up to windows XP.

It reads a message saying "Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to restart", when I do this it loads up with exactly the same message and I end...

I also ran regedit and followed your steps and the best search engine wasn't there, but it was in my 'add/remove' programs in my control panel.

I also did the silent runners bit but I didn't see where it put the log?!
