It only happens when I type in "127.0.0.1". If I type in anything else and click OK it stays the same and does not revert back.

I am trying to set up some ports that will be exceptions and everytime I click OK after changing the settings (IP address 127.0.0.1) it goes right back to my computer name. Does any of this make...

Killbox knocked out the last of the bad DLL's and the winlogin.exe. Everything is working faster than ever.

Can I delete winlogin.exe using Killbox? Also, I have already tried deleting the last dll but it does not work. I'll try again and let you know.

Thanks for the info. I had tried to delete as many suspicious DLL's previously. These are the ones that were left:

One of my kids was surfing and got hold of a nasty that has my homepage jacked up. I have attempted to delte with Hijack This but everytime I get back online it resets back to the same crappy...

I downloaded Hijack This and kKaZaABGONE and deleted the C:\WINDOWS\eeiecrgrststvst.htm file.

Now all I get is "Cannot find server" and "Page cannot be displayed".

I have no doubt that my IE is...
