what you are seeing in your bar is spyware I would download an antispyware like adaware or spybot search and destroy "both are free" then Use them it should get rid of the problem.

you should check your registry to see if you have a corrupt file of if there is something hiding in there sometimes things are cleaver enought to hide in system files so they dont get detected also...
